Ingredients

  • kg All-purpose flour
  • cup Evaporated milk
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 pc Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Milk powdered
  • ¼ cup Water

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, filter all-purpose flour using a strainer, then add baking powder, powdered milk, and sugar. Mix well and set aside.
  • In another bowl, combine egg, water, evaporated milk, and salt. Mix well.
  • After mixing the milk mixture, add the flour mixture. Mix until well-incorporated.
  • Boil water into the steamer, then pour puto mixture on each molder, just half of the height of the molder.
  • When you're done, place all the molder into the steamer and cover. Steam for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes, transfer onto a plate. Serve hot and enjoy!
