In a large bowl, filter all-purpose flour using a strainer, then add baking powder, powdered milk, and sugar. Mix well and set aside.
In another bowl, combine egg, water, evaporated milk, and salt. Mix well.
After mixing the milk mixture, add the flour mixture. Mix until well-incorporated.
Boil water into the steamer, then pour puto mixture on each molder, just half of the height of the molder.
When you're done, place all the molder into the steamer and cover. Steam for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, transfer onto a plate. Serve hot and enjoy!
