- Puto molder
- 1/3 kg All-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup Evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 pc Egg
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Milk powdered
- 1/4 cup Water
- In a large bowl, filter all-purpose flour using a strainer, then add baking powder, powdered milk, and sugar. Mix well and set aside.
- In another bowl, combine egg, water, evaporated milk, and salt. Mix well.
- After mixing the milk mixture, add the flour mixture. Mix until well-incorporated.
- Boil water into the steamer, then pour puto mixture on each molder, just half of the height of the molder.
