Best Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Spaghetti pasta
  • 1 pc Onion large size, diced
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Margarine
  • 2 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Ground Pork
  • 2 pcs Brown Hotdog or Sausage large size, cut cubed
  • 2 cups Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 9 cups Water
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar
  • ½ cup Grated Cheese

Instructions

  • In a large pot, pour 8 cups of water and bring to a boil.
  • Then put-in the salt and cooking oil.
  • Add the Spahetti noodles and cook for 15 minutes or until tender. (see package for cooking time)
  • After cooking, drain the pasta noodles and mix with margarine. Set aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Sauté garlic and onion until brown then add the ground pork. Cook until pork gets brown.
  • Sprinkle with black pepper and salt, then pour 1 cup water and cook for 5 minutes while covered.
  • Put the hotdogs and tomato sauce, ketchup, sugar, and spaghetti sauce. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
  • Then, add the pasta noodles on the pan and mix well together with the spaghetti sauce.
  • Transfer onto a plate and put the grated cheese on top.
  • Enjoy eating!
