Melt the butter in a cooking pan.
Once the butter melts, saute garlic and onion until brown.
Add the shrimp then season with fish sauce and ground black pepper. Stir well.
Then put-in potatoes, carrots, chayote and shredded corn. Cook for about 10 minutes.
Add the green peas, baguio beans, quail eggs and bell pepper. Pour-in nestle cream and melted cornstarch then stir well. Simmer for another 3-5 minutes.
Serve while hot. Enjoy!
