- 2 pcs Potatoes diced
- 1 pc Chayote diced
- 4 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1 pc Onion diced
- ¼ cup Butter
- 1 pc Carrot cubed
- ½ cup Green peas
- ½ cup Shrimp shredded
- 8 pcs Quail eggs boiled
- ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
- ½ cup Corn shredded
- 6 pcs Baguio beans cut into ½ inch

- 2 tablespoon Cornstarch melted
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 pc Bell pepper cubed

- Melt the butter in a cooking pan.
- Once the butter melts, saute garlic and onion until brown.
- Add the shrimp then season with fish sauce and ground black pepper. Stir well.
- Then put-in potatoes, carrots, chayote and shredded corn. Cook for about 10 minutes.
- Add the green peas, baguio beans, quail eggs and bell pepper. Pour-in nestle cream and melted cornstarch then stir well. Simmer for another 3-5 minutes.
