Ingredients

  • 2 pcs Potatoes diced
  • 1 pc Chayote diced
  • 4 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1 pc Onion diced
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 pc Carrot cubed
  • 1/2 cup Green peas
  • 1/2 cup Shrimp shredded
  • 8 pcs Quail eggs boiled
  • 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper

  • 6 pcs Baguio beans cut into 1/2 inch

  • 1 cup Nestle cream
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch melted
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 pc Bell pepper cubed

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a cooking pan.
  • Once the butter melts, saute garlic and onion until brown.
  • Add the shrimp then season with fish sauce and ground black pepper. Stir well.
  • Then put-in potatoes, carrots, chayote and shredded corn. Cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Add the green peas, baguio beans, quail eggs and bell pepper. Pour-in nestle cream and melted cornstarch then stir well. Simmer for another 3-5 minutes.
