Superb Tausi with Bangus Recipe
A delicious stewed bangus dish complemented with fermented black beans. Try this best bangus with tausi dish, and you won't regret it.

- 1 pc Bangus (milkfish) sliced and cleaned
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 pc Onion diced, large size
- 3 pcs Tomatoes sliced
- 1 thumb Ginger julienned
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Tausi or Black Bean
- 2 cups Cooking oil
- ½ tablespoon Black Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Salt to taste
- 1 cup Water
Wash the fish and rub with salt.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry the fish until golden brown. After frying, place the fish on a plate. Set aside.
In the same pan, heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Sauté garlic, ginger, onions and tomatoes. Stir well until tomatoes are cooked.
Add the black pepper, tausi and vinegar. Cover and cook until it boils.
Then, pour the sautéed ingredients onto the milkfish.
Serve while hot!
