Ingredients

  • 1 pc Bangus (milkfish) sliced and cleaned
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 pc Onion diced, large size
  • 3 pcs Tomatoes sliced
  • 1 thumb Ginger julienned

Instructions

  • Wash the fish and rub with salt.
