Ingredients
- 2 cups Spinach
- ½ tablespoon Olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon Salt to taste
- ¼ teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 pc Egg
- 1 cup Water
- 1 ½ cup Cooking oil
Instructions
- Prepare the spinach leaves. Clean and wash with water then let it dry.
- In a bowl, combine flour, egg, salt, chili powder, and olive oil. Mix well and set aside.
- Then heat cooking oil in a pan.
- Dip the washed spinach leaves in the flour mixture then fry in the pan. Cook until light brown.
- Transfer into a serving plate. Share and enjoy!
