    • Small funnel

    Ingredients

    • 1 pc Egg beaten
    • 1 cup Milk liquid
    • ½ cup Sugar
    • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
    • 1 cup Flour
    • ¼ teaspoon Salt
    • 2 cups Oil
    • 2 tablespoon Sugar powder

    Instructions

    • In a bowl, put flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and beaten egg. Mix well.
    • Heat oil in a pan, then pour the funnel cake mixture into the funnel and cook it in a circular motion until both sides turned golden brown.
    • Transfer onto a plate and sprinkle with sugar powder. Serve hot and enjoy!
