- 1 pc Egg beaten
- 1 cup Milk liquid
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 cup Flour
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Oil
- 2 tablespoon Sugar powder
Instructions
- In a bowl, put flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and beaten egg. Mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan, then pour the funnel cake mixture into the funnel and cook it in a circular motion until both sides turned golden brown.
- Transfer onto a plate and sprinkle with sugar powder. Serve hot and enjoy!
