    Ingredients
      

    Dough
    • 1 cup Flour
    • ¼ teaspoon Salt
    • ½ cup Butter
    • 1 tablespoon Sugar
    • ¼ cup Water
    Filling
    • 2 pcs Eggs
    • 2 cups Sugar
    • ½ cup Butter
    • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
    • 3 tablespoon Flour
    • 1 cup Buttermilk

    Equipment

    • Round baking pan
    • Electric mixer
    • Rolling Pin

    Method
     

    Dough
    1. In a bowl, combine flour, salt, butter, sugar, and water. Mix well to make a dough.
    2. After making the dough, cover the bowl, and put it inside the refregirator.
    Filling
    1. In a bowl, mix butter and sugar using an electric mixer for 5 minutes.
    2. After 5 minutes, add egg and flour. Mix it again then add the buttermilk and vanilla.
    Baking
    1. Brush the baking pan with a bit of oil, get the dough from the refrigerator and flatten it using a rolling pin.
    2. Arrange the dough into the baking pan, then pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
    3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    4. Bake it for 25 minutes or until top turned golden brown.
    5. After 25 minutes, remove it from the oven, get a slice. Serve and enjoy!
