Best Chicken Barbecue sa Kawali Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken any part`
  • 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 4 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 3/4 cup Water

Instructions

  • Put the chicken in a cooking pan.
  • Pour the soy sauce, black pepper, garlic, ketchup and water. Stir it well then turn on the heat and cook for 20 minutes.
    Note: Stir occasionally every 5 minutes to avoid the sauce to stick on the pan.
  • Pour the cooking oil, then lower the heat.
  • Wait until the chicken and sauce are all cook.
  • Transfer into a serving plate. Eat while hot. Enjoy!
