Ingredients

  • 1 lb Cream Dory sliced
  • 1 thumb Ginger
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 3 pcs Tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 cup Cooking Oil
  • 1/4 cup Curry Powder
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Cover the cream dory with flour. Make sure to coat it well. Set aside.
  • Then heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, fry the fish over low medium heat until brown. Remove from the pan after frying and transfer in a plate. Set aside.
  • In another pan, use small amount of the previous oil and saute garlic, onion, tomatoes and ginger.
  • Add curry powder, water and coconut milk. Then season with salt and pepper. Stir well to avoid curdling of the coconut milk.
  • Once boiling, put-in the fried fish in the pan and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Serve while hot!
