Superior Fish Curry Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb Cream Dory sliced
- 1 thumb Ginger
- 1 pc Onion
- 3 pcs Tomatoes
- 1 ½ cup Cooking Oil
- ¼ cup Curry Powder
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- ½ cup Flour
- 1 cup Water
- ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Cover the cream dory with flour. Make sure to coat it well. Set aside.
- Then heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, fry the fish over low medium heat until brown. Remove from the pan after frying and transfer in a plate. Set aside.
- In another pan, use small amount of the previous oil and saute garlic, onion, tomatoes and ginger.
- Add curry powder, water and coconut milk. Then season with salt and pepper. Stir well to avoid curdling of the coconut milk.
- Once boiling, put-in the fried fish in the pan and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Serve while hot!
