Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 2 pcs Onion large
- 4 cloves Garlic crushed
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 cups Cooking oil
- ½ tablespoon Ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 pc Egg scrambled
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 pc Bay leaf
- ½ cup Water
- ½ teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ cup Beef stock
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch melted
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef with onion, salt and pepper.
- Put-in the breadcrumbs and beaten egg then mix well.
