Best Tinolang Manok / Chicken Broth- Base Recipes
- 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 1 pc White onion white, peeled and sliced thinly
- 2-3 cloves Garlic peeled and minced
- 4 thumbs Ginger peeled and julienned
- 1 kl Chicken cut into serving pieces
- 3 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 L Water
- 1 pc Green papaya or chayote Small, pared, seeded and cut into 2-inch wedges
- 1 cup Chili leaves or Malungay
- 2 pcs Lemongrass leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
