Ingredients

- ½ lb Beef tripe
- ½ lb Cow’s heart
- ¼ Ib Small intestine
- ½ lb Tendon
- 2 pcs Red onions large, chopped
- 3 pcs Red chili chopped
- 2 L Rice wash
- ½ cup Annatto seeds diluted in water
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 teaspoon Whole peppercorn crushed
- 2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 Beef bouillon
- 2 quarts Water
- 15 pcs Lemongrass leaves
Garnish
- ½ cup Spring onions chopped
Instructions
- Use a large boiling pot, pour water. Bring to boil.
- Put all the beef tripes ingredients—cover and cook on medium heat for 30 minutes.
- Remove the water, replace with rice wash in the pot. Bring to boil.
