Best Lengua Recipe
- 1 pc Lengua ox tongue
- 1 pc Onion diced
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- ½ cup Cooking Oil
- ¾ cup Nestle Cream
- 2 pcs Calamansi extracted
- ¼ cup Cheese grated
- 4 cups Water
- ½ cup Mushroom button
- Marinate the ox tongue in soy sauce, black pepper, and calamansi extract in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Set aside.
