- 1 lb Pig face or maskara
- 2 pcs Onion cut into strips
- ½ thumb Ginger minced
- 2 pcs Long chilies sliced into circles
- 1 pc Red chili diced
- ¾ cup Vinegar
- ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 6 cups Water
- ½ teaspoon Sugar
