Ingredients
- 1 lb Pork liempo
- 1 lb Pork liver fried
- ¼ teaspoon Ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 pc Onion large, julienned
- 1 pc Green chili cut into circles
- 2 pcs Red chilies cut into circles
- 5 cups Water
- ¼ cup Vinegar
- ¾ cup Mayonnaise
