- 4 pcs Tilapia fillet large, sliced lengthwise
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Onion powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 2 pcs Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 cups Cooking oil
